All Aurev Times orders are expected to be shipped and delivered within
5--12 days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping
carrier and circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided
when available so you can follow your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we work to keep deliveries within the estimated timeframe, delays
can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control,
including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or
other unforeseen events.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact our
customer support team and we will assist you.

Damaged Orders

Every order is securely packaged before dispatch. If your package
arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos
of the package and the watch so our team can review the issue.
