Returns & Refunds

At Aurev Times, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every timepiece is carefully checked and securely packaged before it leaves our facility.

7-Day Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the watch is:

• Unworn and in its original condition
• Free from scratches, marks or signs of use
• Returned with the original packaging, tags and accessories
• Accompanied by the original order details

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind

For returns due to a change of mind, the item must meet our return conditions above. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Buy One, Get One Free Orders

For orders placed under our Buy One, Get One Free offer, both watches are considered part of the same promotional purchase.

If you wish to return a BOGO order, both watches must be returned together, unused and in their original condition. Partial returns of BOGO orders are not accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow your payment provider additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for watches that show signs of wear, scratches, damage caused by misuse, missing packaging or unauthorized modifications.
